Pupil Leadership

in which the free are rulers.'

School Ambassadors/Members of Parliament
Our School Ambassadors represent the pupil voice and act as role models within the school community. They welcome visitors, contribute to school events, and work with leaders to influence decision-making on key areas of school life. Through this, they develop confidence, pride and a deep sense of belonging, while helping to strengthen the culture and values of the school.
Each year, after an electoral campaign and polling day, every class elects representatives from their year group; they will be members of the school parliament for the next academic year.
Digital Leaders
Our Digital Leaders play a key role in promoting confident, safe and effective use of technology across the school. They support peers in lessons, model responsible online behaviour, and contribute to the development of our digital learning strategy. Through training and regular work with staff, they help ensure that pupils' voices shape how technology is used to enhance learning.
Playground Leaders
Playground Leaders support positive play, inclusion and wellbeing during social times. Trained in peer support and conflict resolution, they help create a safe, active and enjoyable environment for all pupils. Their role encourages responsibility, teamwork, and the development of valuable leadership and communication skills.
